I find this song really special because this singer sings through her heart rather than her throat & mind. You can go and have a look at all her LIVE videos on YouTube of her singing this touching song. I suppose this song really related to her very well that every time she sings this song on stage, her eyes are always watery and full of emotions !
Though i don't really know what's the real meaning behind this song but i thought that it's really a very nice song to listen to as the lyrics are very meaningful. (:
